CRA Street Stock 300 and ThunderCars Set for Saturday Night

Racing action returns to Anderson Speedway on Saturday, June 27 with the CRA Street Stock 300 the headline event. The ThunderCar division will also be in action on the world’s fastest quarter mile oval.

Heading into this weekend’s 300-lap event, Jason Thompson sits atop the CRA Street Stock point standings with a 17 point advantage over multi-time track champion Joe Beaver. Third is Bret Miles Jr. with former Anderson Speedway Street Stock and SuperTruck Champion Josh Burton listed in fourth position and Winston Wood completing the top five.

The Anderson Speedway Street Stock division will also be a part of the 300-lap event. Bret Miles leads the division point standings with a 114 point cushion over Rob Allman with three-time champion Rich Boyer ranked in third position. Randy Hoppes and Kyle Flynn complete the top five.

Rod Phipps continues to pace the ThunderCar division with Rob Allman close behind, just 35 markers from first place. The reminder of the top five includes Nick Warner, Shane Cullen and Terry Malone Jr.

On Saturday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
