(June 15, 2013) - For the fourth time in six feature races for the Front Wheel Drive Figure-8 Division, Kevin Henson put the orange colored car in victory lane.

Henson was relegated to the field on lap eight after making contact with Nick Warner, causing Warner to spin on the front straight.

He made quick trip to the pit area on lap 11 during a caution period when Kenny Jones, making only his second start, bounced off the turn three wall.

But from that point on Henson was the driver on the move. First passing Jamie Valentine for third on lap 12 entering turn one, than using an outside move to pass Warner in the same corner.

Henson closed on teammate Elliott McKinney and grabbed the lead on lap 17 with an inside pass entering turn three.

Following Henson and McKinney to the checkers were Warner and Valentine, the only cars running at the finish.

Warner took the early lead, but was passed by McKinney on lap two entering turn three. McKinney maintained the lead until he was passed by Henson with four laps remaining.

Warner got his first heat win of the year when he passed Mark Allman on the third circuit with an outside move on the front straight.

Henson got around Allman on the same lap with an inside pass on the back straight. But he spun on the final lap on the front straight.

Finishing behind Warner were McKinney, Allman, Valentine and Henson.

Jones entertained the fans with numerous close calls in the cross-over with the front running cars.
