Advance Auto Parts Backs $5,000 to Win Street Stock 250 This Sunday

Anderson Speedway officials announced that Advance Auto Parts will sponsor the season ending $5,000 to win Street Stock 250 this Sunday, October 16.

Throughout the years, Advance Auto Parts has led the industry in parts availability, price, and customer service. But more than anything, the company has valued the hard work, dedication, and commitment of its Team Members.

Today more than 35,000 Team Members have committed themselves to bigger and brighter futures as Advance Auto Parts enters the new millennium.

On Sunday, race fans will see some of the premier Street Stock drivers from around the state competing for $5,000 winner’s prize. Among the early entries includes last year’s winner Phil Jenkins, Late Model standout Jeff Lane and Anderson Speedway track champions Rich Boyer, Curtis Chapman, Danny Acrey ll, Ronnie Phipps, Brad Huffman and Chris Teepe.

The Chappy’s Rent to Own Oval division will join the Advance Auto Parts Street Stock 250 on Sunday. Spectator gates open at 11 a.m. with racing beginning at 2.

Adult tickets on Sunday will be just $10 with kids 6-12 admitted for $4. Five and under are admitted free.
