Anderson Speedway Cancels Turkey Bash, 8th Annual New Year's Day Bash Next Event

Anderson Speedway has cancelled the Turkey Bash scheduled for Saturday, November 26, due to a frigid weather forecast. The program was scheduled to feature Open Street Stocks, Insight ThunderCar Oval, Figure 8’s along with Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives on the Oval and Figure 8.

The next event on the Anderson Speedway racing schedule is the 8th Annual New Year’s Day Bash presented by Yellow Book on Sunday, January 1, 2006. Divisions on the racing program will include Open Street Stocks, Insight ThunderCar Oval, Figure 8’s along with Chappy’s Rent to Own Front Wheel Drives on the Oval and Figure 8.

Racing will take place in any weather condition for the 8th Annual New Year’s Day Bash. In early December, more information about this event will be posted on www.andersonspeedway.com or is available by calling the track office.
