Five Divisions Featured on Saturday Night

Anderson Speedway returns to action on Saturday, September 6, with Ed Martin Chevrolet SuperTrucks, ImmediaDent Figure 8’s, Street Stocks, Newco Metals Legends and Quick Auto Front Wheel Drive Pro division.

In the Ed Martin Chevrolet SuperTrucks, Joe Beaver leads Josh Poore. Third is Rod Phipps with Jerry Faucett and Josh Timmerman completing the top five.

Jeff Perry is closer to capturing his first Street Stock champion. He holds a 98 point advantage over Rob Allman with Katie Jackson in third position. Jake McElfresh and Rich Boyer complete the top five.

Ranny Hinton continues to pace the ImmediaDent Figure 8 point standings. In the most recent event, Ronnie Phipps drove the car to the winner’s circle. Chasing the Hinton owned car in the season point standings include Ronnie Rose, Mike Riddle Jr. and Joe Hart Jr.

In the Newco Metals Legends, John Robbins holds a comfortable advantage over Billy Smith. Veteran Mark Dietzen ranks third with Adam Roberts and Clark Dietzen filling out the top five.

Randy Hoppes sits atop the Quick Auto Front Wheel Drive Pro division. The remainder of the top five includes Donnie Ellis Jr., Pete Corsaro, Greg Bragg and Jerry Baker.

On Saturday Night, spectator gates open at 5 p.m. with the racing program beginning at 8. Admission is $10 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free.
