United States Air Force Night of Thrills on Saturday Night

Anderson Speedway begins the month of September with an action packed event. The United States Air Force Night of Thrills presented by Harrison College will be featured on Saturday, September 4.

Race fans will be entertained on Saturday Night with the exciting events from the School Bus Figure 8’s, Culver’s Trailer Race, Cork Screw Race, Backwards Race, Power Puff School Bus Figure 8’s, Front Wheel Drive Oval and Mini Cups.

Danny Stanley Jr. is the most recent winner in the School Bus Figure 8’s, with Frank Gasho earning the winning hardware in the Culver’s Trailer Race after besting the 17 car field. Nick Warner claimed the most recent Cork Screw event while the Backwards Race makes its debut on Saturday night.

Spectator gates open at 5 p.m. on Saturday with the thrills beginning at 8. Admission is $12 for adults and $4 for kids ages 6-12. Children five and under get in free. Students that present their college IDs from Anderson University, Ball State University and Harrison College are admitted for $5.
