EDCO Welding Supports Street Stock Division

(April 27, 2011) – Anderson Speedway officials announced that EDCO Welding & Hydraulics will sponsor the Street Stock division during the 2011 season. The expanded program follows up last season’s sponsoring of EDCO Welding CRA Street Stock events at the high-banked quarter mile oval.

“We are very excited about having the folks at EDCO Welding on board this year. They have been a big supporter of racing throughout the years not only through their own teams but helping teams who are not majorly funded. Their commitment to the sport is unprecedented,” said Rick Dawson, owner of Anderson Speedway.

EDCO Welding & Hydraulics has certified welding services for specialty machinery, prototypes, components, tolling and fixtures. Their capabilities include MIG & TIG welding as well as the capacity for large precision weldments.

EDCO Welding & Hydraulics specializes in light gauge sheet metal fabrication, especially carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum sheet stock up to a quarter inch thick. They can also process thicker material, bar and tube stock and other material types and alloys as needed by the customer.
