Culver's Labor Day Extravaganza Postponed
(August
31, 2012) –
Due to the forecasted inclement weather for Saturday, September 1,
Anderson Speedway officials have postponed the Culver’s Labor Day
Extravaganza presented by MAX 93.5/96.7. The event has been rescheduled on
Sunday, September 23rd.
With this new date, the event will expand to Anderson Speedway's 65th
Anniversary Celebration presented by Culver’s of Anderson and MAX FM with
Fireworks added to the program.
Anderson Speedway officials regret having to make this decision, but the
imminent threat of dangerous weather by all weather sources prompted this
decision.
Anderson Speedway returns to racing action on Saturday, September 8 with
Gold & Coin Night at the Races. The racing program will showcase the final
appearance of the CRA Late Model Sportsman along with WMDH ThunderCars and
G.W. Pierce Front Wheel Drives Figure 8’s.
