In Memory of Dennis Butler

Anderson Speedway’s Ownership team and Staff are saddened to again report the passing of one of our former competitors. Dennis Butler, 56, of Muncie passed away suddenly following an unexpected illness on Wednesday, March 16 in Ball Memorial Hospital. Dennis has driven in the Street Stock division at Anderson off and on over the years and was the current cornerman for CIKA.

Our sympathy goes out to his mother Bonnie, wife Vickie, his children Tracy, Angel, Shawn & Moe; sister Debra; brothers Ronnie, Richard, Duane and Donnie and the entire Butler Family. He was preceded in death by his father, former car owner Morris Butler and a grandson.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, March 20, in the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory Chapel in Muncie. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m. until time for the service.
