Boal, Hurley, Mangun, Woods, Gardner and Silvers Score Wins at Plymouth Speedway

Plymouth Speedway hosted a free racing show for the fans on Sunday, September 4, featuring the divisions of Late Models, Street Stocks, Mini-Stocks, ThunderCars, Front Wheel Drives and Legends.

Plymouth’s Rich Boal was the winner of the Late Model feature. He was followed by Michael Thayer, Rich Segvich and Dale Lancaster.

Don Hurley scored the victory in Street Stock action. The Goshen racer finished ahead of Larry Saunders and Al Maurer. Fourth was Matt Borkholder with Jeff Steffler filling out the top-five finishers.

In Min-Stocks action, Donny Mangun recorded the feature victory. Rich Hensley grabbed runner-up honors with Craig Cassel, David Castle and Kurt Reinhold completing the top five.

South Bend’s Corey Wood won the ThunderCar feature. Rick Boal was second with William Calvert, Jeff Eytchison and Bill Lovely rounding out the top five.

Sam Gardner won the Front Wheel Drive feature over Josh Shephard and Jeremy Chubb. Seymour Silvers claimed top honors in the Legends feature.
